Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 17, 2025

Welcome to PageFinder! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PageFinder web application and services (“Service”) provided by Auriq Systems Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Overview

PageFinder is a web-based application that allows users to search for page-level content across multiple cloud storage accounts. By connecting your cloud storage account (such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or Box), you can select specific files or folders to back up and sync with PageFinder. After syncing, the Page Search function enables advanced search capability to find specific page content within documents by keyword, semantic and image matching combined with robust filters.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use PageFinder. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. User Accounts and Security

  • To access certain features, you may be required to create a PageFinder account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of Cloud Storage Services

  • By connecting a cloud storage service to PageFinder, you authorize us to access and process your files strictly for the purpose of backup, sync, and content indexing to support search functionality.
  • We do not modify or alter your files stored in your original cloud accounts.
  • PageFinder does not store your original cloud credentials; it uses secure industry-standard OAuth methods where supported.

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of all files, documents, and other content you sync or back up through PageFinder.
  • By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and secure license to process and index your content for the purposes of providing search and backup functionality.
  • You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of the content you upload or sync.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
